Cathryn McDonald has experience working as a Vacation Student at SA Power Networks and ElectraNet Pty Ltd. Currently, Cathryn holds the title of Network Optimisation Engineer at SA Power Networks, where Cathryn provides engineering support, direction, data analysis, and modelling to support the control room and the Network Operations Team. Additionally, Cathryn also works as a Future Networks Engineer and a Graduate Engineer, focusing on the transition to distribution system operator and managing distributed energy resources on the network in real-time.
