Joana Serra has a diverse background in marketing and communications, currently serving as Marcom Portugal at S21sec since January 2018, where responsibilities include the coordination of PR strategies, corporate events, lead management, social media management, and technical translations. Prior experience includes a role as a Digital Media Account at MediaNext Professional Information, where Joana managed digital campaign traffic, sales, video and audio editing, and social media management. Additionally, Joana worked as a Hostess at Grupo Comer o Mundo | Chef Kiko and as Guest Relations Manager at Hotel Baia Cristal. Joana began their career as a PR Account Trainee at Adagietto | Boutique de Comunicação. Joana Serra holds a Licentiate degree in Ciências da Comunicação with a specialization in Comunicação Estratégica from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where studies spanned from 2013 to 2016.
