Ismael Silva has extensive experience in cybersecurity, particularly in security operations centers (SOC) and SIEM platforms. Currently serving as the responsible for projects at S21sec since May 2018, Ismael supports ArcSight platforms, integrates new technologies, and develops incident generation rules. Additional responsibilities include training analysts and analyzing critical incidents with clients. Prior roles include security consultant and analyst, where Ismael worked with Qradar and ArcSight, focusing on incident response, monitoring, and customer communication. Previously at the Ministério da Administração Interna and Portugal Telecom, Ismael gained experience in incident response, malware analysis, and network support. Ismael holds a degree in Computer Security from Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão.
