Dmitry Stepanov is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology and venture capital. Currently, Dmitry serves as the Founder and General Partner at AAL VC, a $10M early-stage fund focusing on investments in exceptional technical teams across North America and Israel, particularly in AI/ML and cloud technologies. Additionally, Dmitry is the Managing Partner of a stealth startup at Yango, the Founder of FRAM Travel Club, and a Co-founder at Рюмочная Мечты. As a Limited Partner at s16vc, Dmitry supports values-driven founder initiatives. Dmitry also contributes as a Board Member at Hume, aiding migrants' integration, and as an Expert at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, while holding a Senior Lecturer position at the British Higher School of Art and Design.
