Ruby Mares is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and law office management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at S Thomas Construction, LLC since January 2017, Ruby has previously held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Principal Services LTD from September 2015 to January 2017. Ruby's career began as an Office Manager at the Law Offices of M. Susan Rice, where responsibilities included managing a law office that supported community associations and developers in legal matters. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed from 2004 to 2006, and previously studied at San Antonio College from 2001 to 2004.
