Lisa Kubler has a diverse work experience, primarily in the fields of personal shopping, customer loyalty, and digital media strategy. From 2017 to the present, they have been working at SSENSE as the Director of Personal Shopping & Customer Loyalty, where they have held various roles since joining in 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Guest-Speaker & Lecturer at HEC Montréal in 2015. From 2011 to 2016, they held positions at Dialekta and Les Évadés, where they were responsible for digital media strategy and consulting clients on their inbound marketing strategies. In 2011, they also worked as a Marketing Analyst at BKS Consultants Experts inc. and as a Program Sales Assistant at ARTE in 2009. Additionally, they had a brief stint as a Ratemaking Assistant at Standard Life in 2010.
Lisa Kubler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing & International Business from HEC Montréal from 2008 to 2011. Lisa then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree with highest honors in Marketing from HEC Montréal from 2012 to 2014. In 2010, they participated in an exchange program at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, focusing on International Business. Lisa also completed a Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Écoles program at Lycée International des Pontonniers in France from 2006 to 2008, which covered subjects such as Maths, Géopolitique, Anglais, Allemand, and Culture Générale. Furthermore, they obtained an Advanced Certification in Google Adwords from Google in 2012. In 2019, Lisa attended the Executive Institute at McGill University, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
