Mayra Medellin is an experienced IT Project Manager currently working at SMX Services & Consulting, Inc. since May 2020, where responsibilities include managing and implementing functionality and customization of infrastructure in Microsoft Azure for Disaster Recovery exercises, as well as coordinating initiatives within Agile frameworks and utilizing JIRA for project metrics. Prior to this role, Mayra served as Lead Project Manager/Scrum Master at Santander Tecnología from September 2014 to April 2020, leading projects in digital channels and finance automation. Earlier experience includes a position as a BI Consultant at Mabe Corporativo, focusing on OLAP and ETL integration for decision-making reports.
