Johnny Colon is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support roles. Currently serving as a Tier II Help Desk Technician at S. Katzman Produce since January 2017, Johnny has previously held positions as a Help Desk Technician at Pathway Systems Design and an Information Technology Intern at ManhattanTechSupport. Additionally, Johnny contributed to the education of future tech professionals as an IT Teachers Assistant at Per Scholas, where responsibilities included teaching A+ and Network+ curricula and overseeing the Maintenance and update of a Learning Management System.
