Jay Dienst has extensive experience in management and sales spanning over three decades. Currently, Dienst serves as General Manager at SJE-Rhombus and SJE Inc., also holding the role of Vice President of Marketing. Previously, Dienst was President at Power/mation, overseeing a $110MM industrial controls and automation distributor, where significant achievements included implementing a strategic planning process and launching new services. As Vice President of Sales at Wilson Tool International, Dienst managed annual sales exceeding $100MM in the metal fabrication industry. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Imation and NCR, focusing on U.S. sales and technology solutions for the banking sector. Dienst holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
