Lyndsay L. has over 13 years of work experience in customer success, client relations, sales and marketing, and account management. Lyndsay began their career in 2007 as a Field Marketing Representative for Creative Channel Services. In 2008, they became an Account Manager for Dovetail Business Solutions, where they managed multiple client accounts and provided training and support for the Dovetail Application and ExactTarget email system. From 2011 to 2012, Lyndsay was an Account Manager for mGive, a mobile platform and services company. Lyndsay then worked as a Client Relations Manager for ZOLL Medical Corporation from 2013 to 2015, advocating for customer needs and managing hundreds of client accounts. In 2019, they became a Customer Success Manager for Conga and is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager for S-Docs.

Lyndsay L. graduated from Colorado State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
