Ritesh Kumar Verma is an experienced executive with a robust background in technology and engineering. As the CEO of S-CUBE and Satyam Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since July 2014, Ritesh has focused on developing and implementing long-term business strategies while ensuring corporate integrity and effective internal controls. Prior to this role, Ritesh served as Chief Engineer at Samsung from February 2012 to July 2014, overseeing project execution and management and contributing to system architecture design. Ritesh's career at Samsung began as a Lead Engineer, where responsibilities included designing a Digital TV Emulator Architecture and enhancing app security for the Google TV Platform. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Design Engineer at Logic Eastern India Pvt Ltd, where Ritesh worked on integrating and upgrading core components for edge routers. Ritesh holds a Master of Computer Applications from Kumaun University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University.
