Felix Erdmann serves as the People & Culture Lead at Ryzon GmbH since October 2016, overseeing Ambassador Management and the Ryzon Showroom in Cologne. As the Head of Events & Pop-up Stores at Erdmann und Erdmann Vermietungs und Verpachtungs GbR, Felix engages in real estate investments in North Rhine-Westphalia. Previous experience includes marketing and sales roles at Jung Kletterhosen and an internship in quality management at Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Early career roles involved seminar leadership and coordination at Landessportbund Nordrhein-Westfalen e.V. and Kreissportbund Ennepe-Ruhr e.V.
