Wayne Benson is an experienced professional in sales, marketing, and business development with a strong focus on sustainability and innovative technologies. Currently serving as National Accounts Manager for Sustainability at Rypos, Inc., Wayne is involved in emissions reduction through patented technologies. Prior roles include Entrepreneur In Residence at Big Stick Studio, Director of Manufacturing Product Management at Stratasys, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Windings, Inc. Wayne has also held key positions at Donaldson, Ingersoll Rand, Thermo King, and Westinghouse Electric Company, contributing to advancements in air filtration, food safety, and additive manufacturing. Wayne holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
