Victor Manuel M. is a seasoned professional in machine maintenance management with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Machine Maintenance Manager at Ryobi Die Casting, Inc. since May 2019, Victor oversees the Maintenance department encompassing various areas including melt, die casting, finishing, machining, and cranes. Prior to this role, Victor held multiple positions at Grupo Bocar from September 2009 to February 2019, including Jefe de Mantenimiento, where responsibilities included overseeing CNC machining and aluminum injection equipment. Victor also facilitated the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and managed workshops for restoring machine conditions. Victor began the career with practical experience in manufacturing processes for casting. An alumnus of Instituto Tecnológico de Toluca, Victor holds an Engineer's degree in electronic, robotics, and mechatronics.
