Eric McCready is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and production processes. Currently serving as Lead Engineer - Finish Process at Ryobi Die Casting, Inc. since August 2021, McCready previously held the role of Manufacturing Engineer at Autocar Trucks from June 2014 to August 2021, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of production tooling and processes. Early career experiences include positions as Manufacturing Tech at Nishikawa Cooper LLC, Condition Report Writer at Manheim Auctions, and Body Shop Tech at Blossom Chevrolet. Eric McCready holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Purdue University and an I-CAR Certification in Collision Repair and Refinishing Technology from Lincoln Tech - Indianapolis.
