Philip Mealings has a long and successful career in procurement, starting as a Supply Manager at E.Astleys & Sons Ltd before joining Ben Rumble Communications as a Purchasing Manager. Philip has been with Ryman Healthcare since 2000, where Philip has held various roles such as Group Financial Shared Services Manager, Head of Financial Shared Services, and Group Procurement Manager. Currently, Philip serves as the Procurement Manager for NZ Operations, overseeing the procurement function to support care operations in New Zealand. Throughout their career, Philip has worked on establishing and executing company procurement processes and has grown as a leader to meet the commercial needs of Ryman Healthcare.
