Donna McKinney, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently serving at Ryerson since April 2021. Previously, Donna held the same position at Radio Flyer and Martin-Brower, where responsibilities included employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, and leadership of HR teams. Significant achievements include spearheading COVID-19 action plans at Radio Flyer and managing national talent acquisition initiatives at Martin-Brower. Earlier in their career, Donna worked as an HR Generalist/Recruiter at The Pampered Chef, overseeing full life-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. Donna's career began in research roles at Jim Kay & Associates. Donna earned a BA in Human Resources from Elmhurst College in 2010.
