Filindo Colace has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Ryeco, LLC since April 2015. Prior to this, Filindo held the position of President at Process, Produce & People Consulting from October 2014 to March 2015, focusing on continuous improvement in quality, food safety, productivity, and profitability for clients. Filindo also served as Vice President of Operations at Club Chef, LLC from February 2011 to October 2014, where responsibilities included enhancing overall operations and influencing customer satisfaction and profit margins. Filindo's career began at Thomas Colace Co., serving as Vice President from June 1980 to February 2011. Filindo is an alumnus of Rutgers University - Camden.
