Delphine Callens has over a decade of experience in customer success and finance, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Rydoo since August 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing enterprise client rollouts and system configurations. Prior roles at Rydoo included Head of Enterprise Customer Success and Project Manager. Additionally, Delphine served as Strategic Partnership Manager and Country Manager for the US at Xpenditure, a cloud-based expense management solution provider. Earlier experience includes a consulting position at Deloitte Belgium and internships at Etuzy and Third Place Limited. Delphine holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Science with a focus on Finance and Risk Management from HOGENT.
