Tim Kolb currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Logistics - Freight Brokerage at Ryder System, Inc., a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Tim was a Managing Partner at GrowthNexus from October 2022 to October 2024 and held various positions at ArcBest, including Branch Manager and District Sales Manager, from July 2017 to October 2022. Tim's experience also encompasses leadership roles as Vice President of Sales at both blueOX Logistics and Haul Fox in 2017, and as Inside Sales Manager at Echo Global Logistics from May 2014 to February 2017, contributing to technology-enabled logistics solutions. Earlier career experiences include serving as Sales Manager and Logistics Account Manager at Bear Transportation Services and overseeing sales for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from January 2005 to March 2012. Tim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
