Michael Perez is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in development and support. As a Senior Manager at Ryder System, Inc. since July 2001, Michael has been instrumental in the success of the Torque Mobile Maintenance Startup, generating substantial revenue and managing a large backlog of development stories. Key achievements include leading the implementation of Workday Financials and inventory integrations with Salesforce, as well as overseeing training and rollout of innovative technologies such as TechHub RO. Previously, Michael held various roles ranging from IT Manager to IT Consultant, developing expertise in process improvement, stakeholder management, and application enhancements across multiple platforms. Michael earned a degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Thomas University in 1998.
