Mike Wen is an experienced manufacturing executive currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Ryder Industries Ltd since April 2022, overseeing operations at sites in Vietnam and China. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a consultant for SMEs and MNCs from October 2019 to March 2022, focusing on strategic planning and objective setting. Mike also held leadership positions at Johnson Controls, where operations were managed for two Tyco factories post-merger, as well as at Tyco Fire Products and United Technologies, overseeing large-scale operations with extensive employee oversight. Mike's career began at Honeywell as Operations Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Xi'an Jiaotong University and a degree from Sichuan Normal University.
