Kirk Garza, MAI, CCIM, CMI, currently serves as Director at Popp Hutcheson PLLC since February 2023, having previously held the position of Managing Director at Bowery Valuation from October 2021 to January 2023 and Director at the same firm from February 2013 to July 2021. With extensive experience in property tax consulting, Kirk has participated in Appraisal Review Board hearings across Texas and has undertaken various responsibilities including market research and valuation of commercial real estate. Prior roles include Senior Director at HCP Realty Advisors, where core responsibilities encompassed managing valuation operations and ensuring quality control, as well as mentoring and overseeing appraisal trainees. Kirk holds a Master of Real Estate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
