Ivan Guerra is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Director at Ryan since January 2023. Previously, Ivan has held roles including Real Estate Consultant at Real Estate Sales Force, Inc since January 2014, and Senior Managing Consultant at Paradigm Tax Group from September 2017 to January 2023, where management of assessments during the property tax cycle for extensive commercial portfolios was a key responsibility. Ivan also served as a Special Magistrate for the Miami-Dade County Value Adjustment Board from August 2014 to December 2017, conducting hearings and making legal recommendations. Additionally, as Principal Owner of the Appraisal Research Center from January 2011 to December 2016, Ivan focused on providing exceptional appraisal services in South Florida.
