Kevin Schwab has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and business analysis. Kevin started their career as a Treasury Management Intern at PNC in 2012. Kevin then joined Grant Thornton LLP in 2013 as a Technology Solutions Associate Consultant before moving to Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2014 as a Systems Consultant. In 2018, they joined Ryan Specialty as a Business Analyst and later progressed to the role of Senior Business Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead, Technical Support Services at Ryan Specialty.

Kevin Schwab attended Duquesne University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Prior to this, they studied at St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute.
