Sandeep Thorat is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in IT operations and team management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Lead at RXO since October 2022, Sandeep previously held the position of Lead Deskside Support at XPO Logistics, Inc. from September 2021 to September 2022. Sandeep's career includes significant roles at Maersk Global Service Centres (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Leader, where responsibilities encompassed managing onsite teams and overseeing IT service management operations. Earlier experience also includes leadership at CMS Info Systems and technical roles at PCS and Crysal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Sandeep holds a BSc in IT from the All Institute of Engineering & Management and completed secondary and higher secondary education in Pune and Mumbai, respectively.
