Daniel McHugh is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in the transportation and logistics sector. Currently serving as VP of Business Development for Dedicated Transportation at RXO since November 2022, McHugh previously held prominent positions at XPO Logistics, Inc., DHL Supply Chain, and Ryder Supply Chain Solutions. At XPO, responsibilities included leading dedicated business development and managing national accounts. At DHL, McHugh was accountable for annual Managed Transport sales performance and strategic sales strategies. McHugh's career at Ryder spanned over 25 years, including roles as VP of Dedicated Business Development and VP & Group Director, where management of national sales teams and operational excellence were critical. McHugh is a Wayne State University alumnus, with a degree earned between 1991 and 1995.
