Neal Parker has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Neal started their career as a Customer Service Representative at BellSouth Advertising & Publishing from 1988 to 1995. Following that, they worked at AT&T where they held various roles including Customer Service Manager from 1996 to 2002 and later as a Call Center Area Manager / Group Manager - Customer Service Operations from 2002 to 2013. Neal then joined YP, The Real Yellow Pages®, as a Senior Performance Manager from 2013 to 2017. After that, they worked at DexYP as a Senior Performance Manager from July 2017 to December 2017. Currently, they are working at RxBenefits, Inc. where they have held two roles: Market Development Representative from January 2018 to February 2019, and currently as a Strategic Pharmacy Analyst.
Neal Parker attended The University of Alabama from 1983 to 1987. Neal earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Applied Communication, and Human Resources Management.
