Senior Director, Leadership Development at RxBenefits

Karleen Dietrich has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karleen is currently working at RxBenefits, Inc. as the Senior Director of Leadership Development. Karleen Dietrich completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in an unknown year before 1991. Karleen then pursued their Masters degree in Counseling with an emphasis in College Student Personnel at the University of South Dakota, where they attended from 1992 to 1994. Moreover, they also obtained a Masters of Arts degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling from the same university in 1994. Karleen Dietrich also holds a certification in MBTI, which they acquired in September 2012.
