Frank Closset serves as the Head of Product for Tridion at RWS since September 2020, where responsibilities include product and business strategy for a leading enterprise content management product. Previously, Frank held roles at SDL plc, including VP R&D and Senior Director of Product Management, contributing to business reviews, market research, and go-to-market strategies. As Chief Technology Officer at Structured Content Technologies, Frank led a successful acquisition of a competitor and managed key partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. Frank's career began at Trisoft NV, where as CTO, Frank established a US sales operation and played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by SDL. Frank holds two master's degrees from KU Leuven in Business and Information Systems Engineering and Applied Economics and has a strong background in structured content and agile methodologies.
