Jim Carpenter is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at RW Dake Construction since January 2018, Jim has previously held positions such as Vice President and Regional Manager with the same company. Prior to this, Jim worked as Construction Manager at CHA Tech Services from January 2015 to January 2018. Jim's career also includes significant tenure at R.W. Dake & Co., Inc., where Jim progressed from Project Manager/Regional Manager to Construction Superintendent from April 1998 to January 2015. Earlier experience includes the role of Sales Manager at 84 Lumber from March 1994 to April 1998.
