Jim Lewis, MBA, currently serves as Controller at RW Connection since February 2016, previously holding the role of Assistant Controller. With extensive experience in financial management, Jim held the position of Senior Manager in Lease Accounting/Finance at Olympus Corporation of the Americas from July 2005 to February 2016, where responsibilities included supervising financial analysis staff, overseeing monthly accounting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and coordinating financial audits. Prior to that, Jim was an Accounting Manager at LEAF Financial Corporation and served as International Accounting Supervisor at DVI Financial, managing accounting functions across multiple countries. Jim began their career as a Senior Accountant at Asplundh Tree Expert Co. and holds an MBA in Finance from La Salle University and a BS in Accounting from Widener University.
