Rakesh Prasad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Sr. Soft Skills Trainer at RVS College of Arts and Science since June 2016. Responsibilities include preparing question papers for postgraduate students, conducting training sessions for final year undergraduate and postgraduate students, and leading in-house initiatives like the 'Mastermind Class.' Rakesh also trains first-time job seekers in soft skills and interview preparation.
