Des Flynn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and energy sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at RVR Energy Technology since September 2018, Des previously co-founded Lattice Research and functioned as CTO, focusing on IoT/IIoT solutions for business model innovation. As a non-executive independent consultant from August 2014 to March 2016, Des facilitated the adoption of the Salesforce platform for two organizations. A long-standing contributor to RVR Energy Technology, Des held various roles from Director to Product Development Executive, where innovative heating control systems and cloud integration were developed. Des's career began with freelance work in website and graphic design, following a degree in Software Engineering from Munster Technological University.
