Kathryn Bond currently serves as the Maritime Service Management Lead at RVL Aviation, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kathryn operated as an Independent Oil Spill Consultant from October 2019 to September 2022 and worked at Maritime New Zealand as a Senior Training Officer in Marine Pollution Response between December 2017 and October 2019. Kathryn's experience also includes serving as an Oil Spill Advisor and Base Supervisor (Secondee) at BP from August 2016 to December 2017, and as a Senior Spill Response Specialist and Trainer at Oil Spill Response Ltd from September 2010 to December 2017. Kathryn holds an MSc in Marine Biology from Bangor University and a BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology from the University of Portsmouth.
