Marjolijn van der Gronden has a diverse work experience history. Marjolijn started their career in 2015 as a volunteer at Stichting De Kindertelefoon. In 2016, they worked as a Werkstudent at LTP Business Psychologists and also held the role of Penningmeester STOSO congres at VIP, Studievereniging Psychologie Groningen. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Research Consultant at People Select. In 2020, they became an HR Recruitment Consultant at Rvdb, where they later transitioned into the role of Corporate Recruiter Interim Professionals a.i. In 2021, they joined Mileway as an HR Specialist a.i. and then moved to Rvdb as an HR Interim Professional. In 2022, they worked as an HR Adviseur a.i. at KLM, and most recently, they are working at Rvdb as a Talent Manager.
Marjolijn van der Gronden began their education in 2012 at the University of Groningen, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Pedagogische Wetenschappen. Marjolijn completed their undergraduate degree in 2016.
In 2015, Marjolijn also undertook a training program in gespreksvaardigheid (conversation skills) at De Kindertelefoon.
Following their Bachelor's degree, Marjolijn continued their studies at the University of Groningen. In 2016, they enrolled in a Pre-Master program in Psychology, which they completed in 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Marjolijn obtained a PiCompany Certification from PiCompany in June 2019. Marjolijn also achieved an International Baccalaureate A2 qualification in June 2011. Additionally, in February 2019, Marjolijn became a LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter through the LinkedIn Certification program.
