Katja Renkers has worked as a Recruitment Assistant at Rvdb since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Receptionist at Golfbaan The International from April 2017 to January 2020.

Katja Renkers has a diverse education history. In 2006, they attended Haarlemmermeerlyceum where they studied Havo until 2012. Following that, from 2012 to 2015, they enrolled in the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and pursued a degree in Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening. In 2016 to 2017, Katja attended Schoevers and focused on becoming a Medisch secretaresse. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a Post HBO program in Human Resource Management at NCOI Opleidingen.
