Fleur van Calmthout has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations.
Starting in 2019, Fleur worked as an Intern Talent Acquisition at Frisse Blikken, where they were responsible for recruiting new employees. Fleur conducted trainings, attended career events, and sourced suitable candidates. Fleur also played a role in project management, including the redesign of the in-house event.
In 2020, Fleur joined Universiteit Leiden as a Docent interpersoonlijke beroepsvaardigheden, where they taught psychology students and focused on teaching and evaluating interpersonal skills.
Also in 2020, Fleur worked at Brunel as a Recruiter Compliance, responsible for recruiting compliant professionals. Fleur later transitioned to the role of Corporate Recruiter.
In 2020, Fleur became a Trainer and Coach at Universiteit Leiden and TU Delft, assisting students in the Learning My Way program. Fleur helped them discover their talents, qualities, and motivations, and supported their professional and personal development.
Moving on to ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 2021, Fleur took on multiple roles as a People Development Consultant, Employee Engagement Consultant, HR Business Consultant, and HR Business Support Officer. Fleur was involved in various tasks such as event management, project coordination, training, and providing HR support to managers and stakeholders.
During this time, Fleur also started their own business called Kaartjesvanflo, where they served as the owner.
In 2022, Fleur worked as an HR advisor (a.i. via RVDB) at KLM, focusing on providing HR support and coaching to managers in the motorenshop department.
Continuing their work with RVDB, Fleur became an HR Interim Professional in 2021, where they undertook interim assignments at different organizations, developing their skills through coaching and training.
In 2023, Fleur took on the role of a part-time Docent HRM Deeltijdopleidingen at Hogeschool Utrecht, where they contributed to the execution and further development of HRM courses. Fleur also provided guidance and coaching to part-time students, as well as facilitated learning teams.
Finally, Fleur joined Westland Kaas B.V. in 2023 as an HR advisor (a.i. via RVDB).
Fleur van Calmthout has a diverse and extensive education history. Fleur completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Leiden University from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they also pursued a minor in Business Studies at the same university from 2015 to 2016.
After their Bachelor's degree, Fleur went on to pursue their Master's degree in Positive Organisational Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2017 to 2020. In the same year, they also attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa for a brief period.
Continuing their education, Fleur pursued another Master's degree in Occupational Health Psychology at Leiden University from 2018 to 2021.
In addition to their formal education, Fleur has obtained several certifications in different areas. In October 2022, they participated in a Design Thinking Workshop at DT Design Thinking. In November 2022, they became certified as a DISC- en Drijfveren Coach/Trainer through TalentFirst Nederland BV. Most recently, in June 2023, Fleur completed a 2-day Design Thinking Facilitation Training at DesignThinkers Academy.
