Jay Larson has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Sales Representative at RVCA. In 2010, they became the Owner/President of Ground Swell Coffee Co. Jay later worked as a Sales Representative at Mervin Manufacturing, Inc. from 2014 to 2018 and at HEX from 2016 to 2018. In 2021, they joined LEUS as a Sales Service Representative, followed by a role as Territory Manager at Island Daze in 2023. Additionally, they worked as a West Coast Sales Action Sports at Levi Strauss & Co. from 2012 to 2015 and as a Sales Representative at Wonderland from 2012 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sale Rep at SABRE from 2010 to 2015.
