Eric Heasley serves as the Chief of Staff at RV LIFE since January 2022, following a role as Head of Customer Experience at CoSo Cloud, LLC from July 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, Eric held various positions at SitePen from April 2014 to July 2021, including VP of Strategic Partnerships & Development, where responsibilities encompassed managing customer experience culture and overseeing significant business projects. Eric's earlier experience includes a tenure at FedEx Services from July 2000 to April 2014 as a Technical Advisor, focused on crafting innovative solutions for major clients. Eric holds an M.B.A. in International Business from Kent State University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Youngstown State University.
