Marco Aurélio Alves Neto is an experienced data engineer and senior database administrator with a robust background in database management and cloud technologies. Currently employed at RV Digital since October 2018, Marco leads the migration of databases to Amazon AWS, manages the creation of a DataLake using various AWS tools, and utilizes distributed processing through the HADOOP ecosystem. Prior roles include significant positions at CSU CardSystem SA, Synos Informática, and Montreal Informática, where responsibilities encompassed instance management, query optimization, backup routines, and application performance analysis across Oracle and SQL Server platforms. Marco holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from PUC Minas and is pursuing an MBA in Data Engineering at IGTI.
