Jenny Neveras has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Jenny began their career in 1997 as a Recruiter for Professional Talent Acquisition at Universal Orlando Resort. Jenny then held various roles at the same company, including HR Coordinator (seasonal), Supervisor of Strategic Staffing, Senior HR Representative of Internal Staffing, and HR Representative of Internal Staffing. In 2006, they became a Human Resources Business Consultant for Northshore Mainland Services Inc., Baha Mar Resort & Casino, Lockheed Martin, National Museum of Crime & Punishment, WonderWorks, and The Brilliance Institute. Most recently, in 2020, they became Manager of Talent Acquisition & Human Resources at Ruvos, where they manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and provides guidance and support to managers regarding staffing needs.

Jenny Neveras obtained a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication & Technology from Rollins College in 2001, following their Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida State University in 1997.
