Jay Buck has worked in the software services industry for over 20 years. Jay started their career in 2000 at Adobe Systems as a License Compliance Manager, and then moved up to a License Compliance Program Manager, Senior Licensing Consultant, and Territory Account Manager. In 2008, they became the EMEA License Compliance Group Manager at Adobe Systems Europe Limited. In 2010, they were promoted to WW Multi National License & Compliance Manager at Adobe Systems. In 2011, they moved to HP as the Director of Americas Software License Management Organization. In 2015, they became the WW License Management Organization Leader and Director of Americas Software License Management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2017, they worked as Senior Director License Verification at Micro Focus. In 2018, they joined Connor as Vice President of Software Services and Managing Director. In 2019, they became Strategic Account Director at Ruvixx, Inc.

Jay Buck attended Gonzaga University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
