Arthur Stavnitser has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Arthur started as a Software Engineer Intern at Motorola in 2009 and later worked as a Software Engineer at Motorola Solutions from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for requirements gathering, design, and development of internal tools. From 2010 to 2013, they also worked as a SCORM Packaging and Testing Contractor at Upstairs Solutions LTC.

In 2012, Arthur joined INTL FCStone Partners L.P. as a Full Stack Software Developer for Legal, Compliance, Clearing, and Operations. Arthur was involved in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions. During their tenure, they utilized .NET development, managed vendor relationships, and focused on logging and log capture using logentries.
