Rachael Ingram is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Russian River Brewing Co since September 2019, where Rachael leads a dedicated team in upholding the company's esteemed reputation in craft beer and service. Prior to this role, Rachael was Bar Coordinator at Cooperage Brewing Company from August 2015 to October 2019, collaborating with owners to create a vibrant taproom community and securing local talent for events. Rachael's career began at Whole Foods Market, where from October 2011 to August 2015, Rachael operated as a Bartender and took on responsibilities as Lead Buyer for Housewares and backup buyer for the Specialty Department. Rachael's education includes studies at Santa Rosa Junior College.
