Garrison Fratoni has a diverse work experience in the brewing industry and sports officiating. Garrison currently works as the Head Brewer at Russian River Brewing Co since March 2022, previously serving as the Lead Brewer - Windsor from March 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Brewery Shift Supervisor and Brewer at Victory Brewing Company from February 2020 to March 2021 and from June 2019 to February 2020, respectively. Garrison also worked as an Intern Brewer at Trophy Brewing Company from December 2018 to April 2019. In addition to their brewing experience, Garrison has also worked as a Soccer Official for the NCAA since August 2014 and as a Regional Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation from August 2010 to December 2022. Garrison has also gained experience in supply chain management and logistics as a Brewing Co-Op and Logistics Group Manager Co-op at Anheuser-Busch InBev from January 2018 to July 2018 and from May 2017 to January 2018, respectively.

Garrison Fratoni's education history begins with a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Engineering with a focus on Bioprocessing from North Carolina State University. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Brewing Technology from the Siebel Institute of Technology. From 2019 to 2021, Garrison pursued a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.

In addition to their formal education, Garrison has also obtained several certifications. In May 2017, they became a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone® Certification Program. In August 2014, they obtained the Intercollegiate Soccer Referee certification from the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association. Lastly, in January 2016, they obtained the Grade 6 Regional Referee certification from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
