Amit Ram is an accomplished brewing professional with extensive experience in various roles within the brewing industry. Currently serving as Lead Brewer at Russian River Brewing Co. since January 2022, Amit has previously held positions including Head Brewer at Zeus Brewing Company and The Peekskill Brewery. With a strong background in grain handling, recipe formulation, and yeast management, Amit is skilled in cellar operations, packaging, and maintenance of brewing equipment. Amit's experience also includes production assistant duties at Negev Brewing Co., and management roles in publishing and youth counseling, showcasing a diverse skill set. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, Amit holds multiple certifications in brewing and hospitality.
