Ara Khzmalyan is a founding partner and legal practice lead at ADWISE Business & Legal Consulting since June 2015, providing high-quality legal services across various fields. In addition to this role, Ara serves as a National Legal Specialist for Armenia with GDSI, focusing on promoting investments and economic growth in Central and West Asia through regulatory feasibility studies. As an academic, Ara has lectured at both the American University of Armenia and the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University. Previous experience includes roles as a legal expert for projects addressing refugee rights and local budgeting, and contributions to national SME strategy evaluations. Ara holds a graduate degree in international law from Russian-Armenian University, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
