Steve Draper has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Steve started their career at Parkco Building Company in 2017, where they held the position of Assistant Project Manager until December 2019. In December 2019, they joined Tutor Perini Corporation as a Senior Engineer and worked there until April 2022. Currently, they are employed at Russell Co. as a Project Manager, starting in November 2022.

Steve Draper completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mathematics at Southern Wesleyan University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Rend Lake College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree, although the specific dates are unknown.
