Zoe Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, executive assessment, and organizational design. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Specialist at Russell Reynolds Associates since June 2019, Zoe focuses on succession planning, team effectiveness, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this role, Zoe held various positions at Queen's University, including Leadership Analyst and Graduate Teaching Assistant, contributing to the academic growth of undergraduate and graduate students in psychology and organizational behavior. Additional experience includes supporting human rights initiatives and fund development at Sherbourne Health Centre. Zoe holds a Master of Science in Management from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen's University.
